	Adelaide's O-Bahn Busway recovery truck December 14, 2011 21:30 PM With the O-Bahn Busway in Adelaide they need a special double ended tow truck to rescue buses stranded on the concrete guideway. It also seems to be used to move normal buses.
	Body bag at Williamstown Beach February 15, 2012 22:30 PM A person died at Williamstown Beach platform 2 on February 15, 2012 sometime before 4pm. The body bag stayed on the platform for at least 30 minutes: trains towards Williamstown ran express through platform 2, but passengers for the city could still wait for trains on the opposite platform, looking over to the body bag.
	Busted pantograph and overhead April 25, 2009 19:20 PM Comeng 532M-T-531M + 542M-T-M (the prototype seating set) became dewired from the overhead on the up side of South Kensington, destroying all 4 pantographs and pulling down a fair chunk of overhead. Passengers from the rear set had to be detrained via the tracks. An N class later picked up the damaged train.
	Craigieburn collision May 05, 2010 22:57 PM Down Craigieburn service with 570M-T-M + 309M-T-M ran up the back of the down empty Apex train which was stopped at a signal outside Craigieburn station. 570M-T-M received most of the damage and needed to be cut apart; 309M-T-M was shunted off by T402 and taken to Broadmeadows as a complete train.
	Dudley Street H set collision June 19, 2006 08:02 AM In May 20006 VSH22 and FSH21 were involved in a shunting accident at the Dudley Street carriage yards. BCH122 was pushed into BCH121. The first pics are from about 10pm (the incident happened some time before then) and then the rest are later on at 1pm after the re-railing was complete. The final photos are after the collision repairs.
	El Zorro derailment - March 2010 March 09, 2010 11:51 AM A down El Zorro grain derailed at West Footscray Junction, with T320 and S303 coming off the rails (third and fourth units), along with 12 wagons.
	Rescuing a failed D2 class tram September 25, 2011 20:20 PM On September 24, 2011 D2.5002 damaged it's pantograph at Showground Loop, with D2.5017 being sent out to rescue it. After the pantograph couldn't be tied down low enough, the mechanics cut it off with an angle grinder.
	Stonyford derailment September 21, 2009 07:52 AM On the night of Saturday 12 September the evening down Warrnambool service hat a pine tree that had fallen over the line, lead loco N452 ended up on it's side and at a 90 degree angle to the line, second loco N456 managed to stay coupled even through it came off the rails. Four out of the five cars came off the rails, the rear two were removed on the Monday, the other three were lifted on Tuesday then taken away by rail on Wednesday.
	Tram vs car on Nicholson Street February 10, 2012 22:55 PM On February 8, 2012 a Mercedes headed southbound on Nicholson Street near Elgin Street managed to find it's way onto the tram tracks, with D2.5009 bashing in the entire drivers side of the car. More details at the Herald Sun - "Man, 60, in hospital after car-tram crash"
	V/Line - VN12 splitting the points June 23, 2009 17:57 PM Sometime this afternoon carriage set VN12 was being shunted around at Southern Cross, and BTN carriage managed to split the points. The ACN and BRN were taken off the east end, leaving the other three cars there this evening
	V/Line - West Footscray derailment 2011 December 12, 2011 19:26 PM November 26, 2011 locomotive N470 and carriage set SN1 derailed at West Footscray when passing through a crossover. The loco ended up split between two tracks, but everything stayed upright.
