	Bacardi Express 2009 March 27, 2009 09:54 AM In March 2009 the Bacardi company chartered the Southern Aurora consist from the New South Wales Rail Transport Museum to run a special train between Melbourne and Sydney, with a number of concerts along the way.
	CountryLink in Victoria February 06, 2012 20:13 PM CountryLink is the operator of country passenger services in New South Wales. They also operate their XPT across the border into Melbourne
	Dudley Street H set collision June 19, 2006 08:02 AM In May 20006 VSH22 and FSH21 were involved in a shunting accident at the Dudley Street carriage yards. BCH122 was pushed into BCH121. The first pics are from about 10pm (the incident happened some time before then) and then the rest are later on at 1pm after the re-railing was complete. The final photos are after the collision repairs.
	First day of VLocity operations - Ballarat line launch December 22, 2005 18:28 PM December 22nd 2005 was the entry of V/Line's new VLocity trains into revenue service. I managed to catch the 1406 service to Ballarat, and the 1629 service from Ballarat. In this collection I've got pictures of the VLocity arriving at Southern Cross Station, for the first time with paying passengers on board, as well as the services that I travelled on.
	Great Southern Rail: Southern Spirit February 13, 2011 09:11 AM The very expensive rail cruise operated by Great Southern Rail, running on various routes around Australia a few times a year.
	Last days of S302 January 13, 2006 22:39 PM S302 was bought by West Coast Railway soon after they were formed, and ran with them for a number of years. After their demise it was purchased by V/Line, who continued to use it on the midday Warrnambool train, where it was often replaced by an N class. S302 made her last run on January 13, 2006 after which it was put into storage. It was subsequently sold to El Zorro who operate it today
	Loco hauled Sprinter February 27, 2006 10:21 AM Sprinter railcars are self propelled, but can be hauled by locomotives through the use of a special transition coupler. Here two broken down Sprinters were in the platform - 7002 and 7008, along with N453 waiting to take them away. The EDI rail guys had a bit of difficulty getting the transition coupler to fit - necessary because of the different coupler types

	SRHC - 2010 fireworks special January 02, 2011 14:34 PM S303 and B74 lead a special train for SRHC members between Seymour and Melbourne on New Years Eve.
	SRHC - Hills to the Bay tour January 2009 January 25, 2009 22:23 PM On January 25, 2009 the Seymour Railway Heritage Centre ran their 'Hills to the Bay' tour from Seymour to Geelong and return via Melbourne Southern Cross, with a sidetrip from Geelong to Melbourne and return. V/Line's N464 'City of Geelong' was the locomotive, with five red 'W' and five blue 'S' carriages in the consist, including the 'Yarra' parlor car, State Car 4, and Dining Car.
	SRHC - Hills to the Bay tour November 2006 November 04, 2006 17:47 PM The Seymour Railway Heritage Centre ran their "Hills to the Bay" tour from Seymour to Geelong and return. T320 and T357 were the locos.
	SRHC - Kyneton charter December 2009 December 01, 2009 19:50 PM S303 and B74 ran a private charter from Melbourne to Kyneton and return, the four car train was made up of 'Mitta Mitta', two BRS carriages, and Parlor Car
	SRHC - Maryborough picnic train December 2010 December 13, 2010 21:55 PM On December 11, 2010 SRHC ran their "picnic train" consist from Seymour to Maryborough via Melbourne, North Geelong and Ballarat.

	V/Line at Southern Cross Station April 05, 2012 08:54 AM Southern Cross Station is the main hub of V/Line passenger services around the state
	V/Line new livery June 06, 2008 11:37 AM 2007 saw V/Line introduce a new livery for their fleet. FSH25 was the first of V/Line's carriage sets to be repainted in their new corporate livery. It went to Geelong on a test run on September 4th. Sprinter 7007 has also been repainted in it's own new livery. Both trains were launched on September 12th at Southern Cross Station. VN12 was the first N set to be repainted, and N468 was the first locomotive. Since then a number of other carriage sets, locomotives and Sprinters have received modified versions of the new livery.

	XTrapolis transfer - October 2005 October 25, 2005 15:12 PM The Connex XTrapolis EMU fleet required a number of modifications that were carried out at the Ballarat Workshops. Set 925M-1663T-926M + 919M-1660T-920M was transferred from Ballarat to Bayswater in Melbourne with T377 as the motive power, with a power van attached to the rear
