Extra low overhead wiring along Matthews Avenue, Airport West

Once upon a time the overhead in this section was de-energised except when a tram was using it, due to low flying aircraft at Essendon Airport. The work was done in 1954, but is no longer operational: http://tdu.to/164533.msg?sid=69399
