On July 15, 2017 707 Operations ran restored steam locomotive R707 and vintage train to South Geelong to celebrate their expanded fleet of classic carriages.

On Saturday 27 February 2016 707 Operations and Steamrail Victoria operated a joint tour from Melbourne to Kaniva. T413 and P16 run push-pull from Melbourne to Ararat on the broad gauge, with TL152 taking the standard gauge train from Ararat to Leeor Loop, dropping off passengers at Kaniva.

The train ran arrived back in Melbourne an hour early, skipping the timetabled crosses after V/Line cancelled most of their trains due to a power failure in Melbourne.
