How many volunteer staff does it take to operate a 10 car long heritage train?

All up we had 27 on-train staff for the 2010 trip to Maryborough: consisting of train officers to keep an eye on their assigned carriages, kiosk staff to serve passengers food and drink, and somebody to manage it all.
